By subscribing to the "voicemail", you can use all of the following services.

This service will hold up to 30 messages for up to 72 hours.

How to use
Precautions
- After the retention period has expired, messages will be automatically deleted.
- The answering machine can be turned on or off, and messages can be played back from a public phone, regular subscriber phone, or remote terminal that can send push signals.
- When listening to messages or configuring various settings in Japan, calling charges according to your plan will be incurred. When listening to messages or configuring various settings at your travel destination, calling charges will be incurred in the same way as when calling from the country you are staying in to an applicable device in Japan.
In addition, even if you are subscribed to a "Unlimited Domestic Calls" or "Unlimited domestic calls within 5 minutes" plan, you will not be eligible for free calls and will be charged for the call. - May not be available in some countries and regions.
Call forwarding service
This is a service that forwards incoming calls to a pre-designated "call forwarding destination."
How to use
Precautions
- Call charges from the caller to your contracted smartphone or mobile phone will be billed to the caller, and call charges from your contracted smartphone or mobile phone to the forwarding destination will be billed directly to the contracted party.
- When using the call forwarding service, calls to the forwarding destination are not included in the free calls of the "Unlimited Domestic Calls" and "Unlimited domestic calls within 5 minutes" and will incur call charges.
- If you use "ring then forward" overseas, you will be charged the "incoming call rate" in the country you are staying in and the "outgoing call rate to Japan."
- If you use "call forwarding without ringing" overseas, you will only be charged "domestic call charges."
- Calls cannot be forwarded to mobile phones of overseas carriers or overseas landline phones.
- This service may not be available in some countries and regions, or different numbers may appear.
Incoming call notification function
If you receive a call when you are out of range or when your phone is turned off, you will be notified of the call as soon as you can receive a signal again.
This service also notifies you if there is a message left on your answering machine.

Precautions
- For models that receive messages via SMS, the sender (from) field will be displayed as "1414" or "1416."
- Customers who do not receive incoming call notifications will need to dial the setting phone number (1414) and follow the voice guidance to set up the incoming call notification function (toll free).
- There is no charge for receiving incoming call notifications.

If a call is forwarded to voicemail with an withheld caller number and no call history is left on your mobile phone (when you are on a call, when the power is off, out of range, etc.), and no message is left, the call notification will not be delivered.
